Shipping - How much & how fast?

• UAE: Standard express delivery is 20.00 AED. Orders over 250 AED get free shipping.

• Ireland: Standard express delivery is 5.99 EUR. Orders over 59.99 EUR get free shipping.

• Delivery times: UAE: 2-4 business days | Ireland: 2-3 business days
  Tracking: You’ll get an email once your order is processed. If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated time, contact info@charg3d.com with your order number.

Returns & Exchanges - Changed your mind?
Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange. Email info@charg3d.comwith your order number and item details. Return shipping is usually covered by the customer unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake.

Orders & Modifications - Can I tweak my order?
Orders can only be modified or cancelled before processing. Contact us immediately at info@charg3d.com. Sold-out items? Sign up for notifications on the product page to know when they’re back in stock.

Payments - How can I pay?
We accept all major credit/debit cards and PayPal. Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments (Ireland) and PayPal - all encrypted. Billing is handled in EUR for Ireland, and in AED for UAE orders.

Account & Privacy - Do I need an account?
